So now I'm hooked on blog. I spent a while this evening looking the internet for new templates and stuff. I am starting a new blog, one with a much fancier template. I have found several places with tutorials on html. Now I have to make the time for study again. I don't think I'll have any trouble. I am excited about having something new to learn. I have spent a lot of time at work over the last few years, probably more than I ever should have. I need a little "me" time, you know? (Woman.) Actually, I will have more me time. I will be walking more, cooking more, getting healthier. Speaking of cooking, I made chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and ricotta cheese tonight. They were great. Finished the pan off with a bit of white wine, created a sauce to spoon over the dish. Excellent. I made so much that I am taking one whole breast to work tomorrow, to split up between the people I work with. They know my work in the kitchen (I do have a recipe published, after all) and they'll like it. Besides, I never fix anything for them, I just brag about what I fixed for myself.
