A New post. Ah, feel the life in me increase. I spent the evening doing work that my boss' boss gave me to do. Petty shit. But it effectively killed my productivity at a place where if I'm not there, and being productive, it stands a good chance of falling apart in a heartbeat. So I did what I had to do to make sure that when it's time for me to get the brass ring, the horse I'm on is close enough. I need wine. Those of you who are diabetic will get this next reference, and others will have to google. My A1C is 6.1. Thank you, thank you, he says to the diabetics as they cheer. What it means to the rest of you is that my weeks of being true to the way I should eat are paying off. I have lost a little weight. I am moving more. I am not the greatest at keeping up with my meal plan, as far as records go, but I am sticking to it. I am thankful that things are going this well. I have a lot to say. I don't have a lot of time. I'm just glad to be back at the monitor.
