Yes, it's true. I'm back. I bet you had given up. I don't blame you, because I nearly gave up, too. And anybody who has ever followed this blog knows that my production was, say, spotty, already. Man, what a bunch of commas. I'm sure there's a grammarian somewhere feeling a disturbance in the force.

This is the part where after a long break between posts, I explain that I am back, that the demons are gone, and I will evermore write every day. Well, that just may not happen. The explanation, I mean. The demons have been working overtime on me for sure for the last couple of months; that cannot be denied. I am dealing with that. But I have no intention of offering a lame buildup for future posts that may not happen. I mean face it--I'm kind of schizo on writing.

So, without any promises, why don't we just pick up from here, like nothing ever happened? I think that's a grand idea. I am sure that I will make references to events and thoughts that have happened in the last few weeks, and you as reader may have to scratch your head and wonder if I have referred to something you missed, or an event not recorded, or was it just a fictional rambling created in my poor, emotionally wretched and drugged-into-submission mind. Alright, emotionally wretched is a bit strong. Let's use chemically-unbalanced. But the rambling part could occur at any moment. See? So if I refer to something that happened in that time frame, I will try to remember to include any pertinent facts that will make the event seem real.

I am a bit sore at a couple of points on the body today. I had a mole-like growth removed from my cheek by a doctor yesterday. That spot is a minor inconvenience, on the pain scale. I also had a core sample about the size of a pencil eraser and an inch deep taken out of my back. I am not going into a long explanation of this. I have a radiation burn on my back that's over a year old, and still deteriorating. If you want to see pictures, see the archives from this blog, or go to my other blog. I will post some pictures of how it currently looks there. Anyway, I have two stitches in the middle of a burn that is about 8"x5". Boy, is it easy to fall asleep on that. I have had strange dreams for days now, and that was just discomfort from the burn. The eye thing looks like somebody punched me just below the eye, except with a really tiny fist.

Alright, enough for now. I have decided to go to bed, and see if I can roll over without yelping. I'll let you know. Could be tomorrow. Could be August.
